Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using DietMantra (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. These Terms apply to all users of the App, available on iOS and Android.

Description of Service

DietMantra is an AI-powered Indian nutrition and diet-planning application that provides personalized meal plans, calorie and macro targets, grocery lists, and progress tracking based on information you provide (goals, body stats, dietary preferences, activity level, and health conditions you choose to disclose).

Not Medical Advice

DietMantra is designed to support your wellness journey by providing general nutrition and meal-planning guidance.

• For medical conditions, allergies, pregnancy, or any personalized health concern, you must consult a licensed healthcare professional before making dietary changes.
• Health and fitness results vary from person to person and are not guaranteed.
• Any information related to supplements or foods is provided for general educational and wellness purposes only.
• DietMantra is not responsible for decisions made without professional medical consultation.

Eligibility & Age Requirements

You must be at least 13 years old to use DietMantra. If you are below the age of majority or the required age in your country, a parent or legal guardian must review and consent to these Terms on your behalf. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.

Account Registration

You may create an account using email/password, Sign in with Apple, or Sign in with Google. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at admin@nexrtechnologies.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

Subscriptions, Billing & Auto-Renewal

DietMantra offers auto-renewable subscriptions that unlock full access to the App's features.

• Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew for the same duration and at the then-current price unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Renewal charge: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• Price changes: If subscription pricing changes, we will provide notice as required by Apple/Google policy before the change takes effect for existing subscribers, where applicable.

Free Trials

Where offered, free trials give access to premium features for a limited period. Unless canceled before the trial ends, the trial automatically converts to a paid subscription and your payment method will be charged. Apple and Google each generally grant an introductory offer/trial only once per account.

Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current paid billing period. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective refund policies — DietMantra does not process refunds directly and cannot guarantee a refund outside of those policies.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the App.
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's servers or networks.
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute App content without permission.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity.

Intellectual Property

All content in the App — including meal plans, recipes, text, graphics, logos, and the DietMantra name and branding — is owned by or licensed to NEXRTECHNOLOGIES LTD and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App or its content without prior written permission.

Third-Party Services

The App integrates with third-party services, including RevenueCat (subscription management), Apple Sign In, Google Sign In, Apple HealthKit, and Google Health Connect. Your use of any connected third-party service is also subject to that provider's own terms and privacy policy. See our Privacy Policy for details on data sharing with these providers.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DietMantra and NEXRTECHNOLOGIES LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App — including any health outcome, dietary result, or decision made based on App content. Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time via Profile → Delete Account, or by contacting admin@nexrtechnologies.com. See our Privacy Policy for details on data deletion timelines.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App will be handled in accordance with applicable local laws and dispute-resolution processes.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by:

• Posting a notice in the App.
• Updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms.
• Emailing your registered address.

Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
